Reports suggests AAC presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore criticised Osun Governor Ademola Adeleke after Adeleke endorsed President Bola Tinubu for the 2027 presidential election.
Sowore’s criticism focused on the timing of the endorsement, coming shortly after the Osun governorship election.
He questioned how Adeleke could back Tinubu amid what he described as deaths and violence surrounding the poll. His comments were published on his verified X account.
The PDP in Osun had previously stated that it had adopted and endorsed Tinubu for 2027, so the Tinubu endorsement was not entirely unexpected.
